Disconnect an account

Sign in, open Connected accounts, and select Disconnect next to the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube account. This deletes the access tokens AttentionHub stored for that account, together with its scheduled posts and automations, and AttentionHub stops posting or sending messages for it.

You can also remove AttentionHub on the platform itself, in the connected apps section of your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google account settings. AttentionHub then loses access straight away.

Delete Workspace Data

To delete workspace, campaign, log, webhook, billing reference, and operational diagnostic data, write to attentionacademy.sk@gmail.com from the email address used to sign in. Include the workspace name and the username of each connected account.

Verification

We may ask you to verify control of the email address or connected business account before deleting data. Deletion requests are processed as quickly as practical unless retention is required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
